Mr. Chris de Lavigne

Mr. Chris de Lavigne is Frost & Sullivan's Global Vice-President of Consulting for the Industrial Practice. He has been with Frost & Sullivan over 10 years and has worked in Frost & Sullivan’s European offices for 6 years (Paris and London) in the capacity of head of consulting for the Industrial Group, before moving to the Malaysian office and then the Singapore office.

Chris has been a guest speaker, presenter and chairman at several events in the region and globally, participating in forums ranging across numerous industries and strategic topics. He graduated with BA (Hons) from Bradford Management Centre, UK



Mr. Martin Campbell-Board

Mr. Martin Campbell-Board is a Biogas Project Specialist and owns KPSR Construction, a Thai company providing design, consultancy and construction support exclusively for “anaerobic digestion” applied to industrial wastewater. He developed the “in-ground reactor designs” now very successfully operating at the Univanich Palm Oil Mills in Southern Thailand, and has provided services for palm oil mills in Malaysia, Sabah, Sumatra, Kalimantan and Thailand

He obtained his Chemical Engineering Degree from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand

Mr. Per Dahlan

Mr. Per Dahlan is Partner of Protelet Asia Pte Ltd Singapore, managing a Portelet group promoted private equity investment initiative for growth financing with a focus on the Cleantech sector.

He is an international serial entrepreneur with an outstanding track record of business achievements, now fully dedicated to the fast growing Cleantech market. With a background as innovation Engineer complemented with an MBA from IESE, Spain, Mr. Dahlen is an extremely passionate business creator & has to date been involved in more than 250 different new business projects throughout his career


Mr. Look Keng Soon

Mr. Look is currently responsible for the bio energy business of VYNCKE in Asia. He specialized in the development of energy systems fueled by biomass. In Malaysia where the Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB) being an abundant by product from the Palm Oil Mills, EFB fibers is the choice of renewable and sustainable biomass energy source for power generation. Over the years, Mr. Look career has been actively involved with EFB fueled biomass energy plants in Malaysia.

Since 1912, VYNCKE is the leading European company investing in areas on research and development in combustion technology of biomass fueled energy systems. Vyncke has successful commissioned biomass power energy systems fueled by up to 100% EFB fibers in Malaysia.
