Mr. KH Leong holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Malaya. He is the business advisor of Zealway Corporation Sdn Bhd. He is currently active in the promotion of setting  up  integrated manufacturing plant to produce pulp and  paper from palm EFB  fiber, together with power generation from POME with potential to trade Carbon Credits under the United Nation’s CDM Program.

Prior to this, he was involved in energy management, management of M & E installation, commissioning and maintenance of centralized air–conditioning systems for commercial buildings.

Mr. Mahmudin Saleh is Head of Pulp & Paper Program, Forest Products Division, Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM). He is specialized in design and development of processing technology for the extraction of lignocellulosic fibres from oil palm biomass and cleaner production processes and technology in the pulp and paper industry.

Mr. Mahmudin holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Technologi MARA Malaysia. He is a member of Malaysian Scientific Association (MSA), Member of Malaysia Association of Research Scientists (MARS), Graduate Engineer of Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) & Graduate Engineer of Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM).
